While many cared less, many others jumped into the #endsarsnow campaign because they like trends. Either ways its appreciated. This woman has never been silent from day one. She supported this government to power but has never stop lashing out at them and done everything to hold the government accountable. she has stood her ground at all times. Cowards die many times before their time but Aisha is far from being a coward. She is a patriot.

She was called unprintable names by agents of evil and Detractors. She kept moving. Today I celebrate her for her COURAGE, TEMERITY, VALOUR, INTREPIDNESS, PLUCK AND AUDACITY. I also celebrate her husband for allowing her be her. Her husband deserves some accolades and men must learn from him on what it means to allow women chase their dreams. We celebrate Runtown for setting the pace in Lagos before other celebrities followed. Dr Dipo Awojide and Wizkid held sway in London. Davido flew down to Abuja to join. The campaign travelled round the globe and Nigeria was on the news till the pressure built up.

The precedent has been set and we shall not look back.

Whenever God has a breakthrough prepared for us, He usually gives us an instruction and it is the obedience to that instruction, that ensures that we have our victory and the manifestation of the promises that He has made to us.

The reason why we are sometimes not able to cash in on what God has promised us, is that we fail to obey the instructions that God gives us. Any prayer that leaves 100% of the basis for its answer to God, is an irresponsible prayer. To get the answers to our prayers, God will do His part and we must do our part.

In our key text, Naaman was given an instruction; "Go bath in the Jordan seven times and be healed." He got upset at the instruction because he assumed the prophet would heal him the way he wanted to be healed. But the truth is, God will not consult you on the method or process He will use to bless you. He will give you an instruction and all you need to do is obey. Your miracle and your breakthrough lies in your obedience.

In 2Kings 4, Elisha gave the widow an instruction to go and gather empty vessels from all her neighbours and pour the oil into it. Her obedience to an instruction that supposedly didn’t make sense, gave her the resources to pay her debts and to take care of her sons.

What instructions have God given you in the past? What instructions have your pastor given to you that you have refused to respond to and obey? Know that your manifestation and your breakthrough; the answers to your prayers are dependent on you obeying that instruction.

Governor Ganduje Suspends Salihu Yakasai For Criticising Buhari Over #endsars

[BREAKING] #endsars: Ganduje suspends aide for criticising Buhari

Kano State Governor, Abdullahi Ganduje, has suspended his Special Adviser on Media, Salihu Yakasai, for criticising the President, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd).

The PUNCH reports that Yakasai lambasted Buhari for not addressing Nigerians amid national outrage as well as days of online and offline protests against the Special Anti-Robbery Squad of the Nigeria Police Force.

Yakasai, who tweeted through his handle, @dawisu, had said the President has no empathy for Nigerians by his inaction.

The media aide wrote this shortly before the Inspector-General of Police, Mohammed Adamu, announced the disbandment of SARS in Abuja on Sunday afternoon.

Yakasai had tweeted, “I have never seen a government with zero empathy like that of President Muhammadu Buhari.

“So many times when his people are going through a difficult time and expect some sort of tap on shoulder to reassure them that he is in charge, but he failed to do so.

“The ‘I don’t care attitude’ is on another level.

“To speak to your own people over issues that are bedevilling them has become something like a favour you are doing to them.

“Over and over again, you cannot spare five minutes to address the nation to calm them down, the same people you went to the 36 states to beg for their votes, it is heartbreaking.”

Reacting in a statement, the Kano State Government described Yakasai’s comments as “unguarded utterances”, noting that his suspension was with immediate effect.

The statement was titled ‘Ganduje Suspends Media Aide Over Attack On Buhari’ and signed by the Commissioner for Information, Muhammed Garba.

The statement released on Sunday afternoon partly read, “Governor Abdullahi Umar Ganduje of Kano State has suspended his Special Adviser on Media, Salihu Tanko Yakasai over some unguarded utterances on the person of President Muhammadu Buhari on the social media platform.

“The state Commissioner for Information, Malam Muhammad Garba, who conveyed the governor’s directive in a statement this afternoon, said the suspension is with immediate effect.

“He said that though the media aide has own up the indiscreet comment as his personal opinion, but that as a public figure, it will be difficult to differentiate between personal opinion and official stand on matters of public concern.

“The governor, therefore, warned political appointees and public servants to guard against making statements capable of drawing unnecessary controversy and heating up the polity.”

Ganduje had in April sacked the state’s Commissioner for Works and Infrastructure, Mu’azu Magaji, for celebrating the death of the Chief of Staff to the President, Abba Kyari.
