MORNING BOOST :
If you keep close relations with a person who gossips, the effect of his presence will be the loss of valuable relationships.
You are too big to be a dwarf, too loaded to be a mediocre. Dream big and never stop believing in yourself.
The challenge you face in life is not your problem; Your problem is the lack of determination to overcome those challenges.
Good Morning. Do have a blessed and fruitful day.

DESTINED TO BE POOR
BIBLE READING: DEUT. 8:11-18
“Let them shout for joy and be glad, Who favor my righteous cause; And let them say continually, “Let the LORD be magnified, Who has pleasure in the prosperity of His servant." Psalms 35:27 NKJV
One of the greatest lies the devil has sold to Christians is that they are destined to be poor. They sing “take the whole world and give me Jesus” and are satisfied with a life of lack, want and poverty. Christians are settling for the used shells while the world eats the peanuts. Psalm 24:1(KJV) says: “The earth is the LORD's, and the fullness thereof; the world, and they that dwell therein. Poverty is not godly and it certainly isn’t biblical. God wants us to open our eyes to see the invisible world—to see the blessings He has in store for all those who love Him. 2 Peter 1:3(KJV) says: “According as his divine power hath given unto us, all things that pertain unto life and godliness, through the knowledge of him that hath called us to glory and virtue.
There is nothing sacred, holy, or happy about being poor; God intends for you to have all your needs supplied according to His riches in Glory. One of the most dangerous things that can happen to a person is believing that because he is a Christian, his reward is in heaven and he must be poor here on earth. Let me just tell you that the number one opponent of prosperity is the devil, he is also the number one proponent of poverty.
Understand this: James 1:17(KJV) says: "Every good and perfect gift comes down from the Father..." It also adds that He never changes His mind on wanting to see you blessed. In Mark 10: 29 - 30, Jesus makes us understand that, anyone who takes up his cross and follows Him, having given up wealth, houses, family, etc., will get them back in this life and also in heaven, get eternal life. So wake up from that mindset you have that you are destined to be poor, "For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, "plans to give you hope and a future." Jer. 29:11(NIV).
Sadly, the devil has stolen finances from many of the saints by convincing them that poverty is godly, and prosperity is evil. Not according to God! That is why many people have clouded their minds with thoughts that they have been destined to be poor instead of having an abundance of finances. His lies have kept many Christians crippled, ineffective, and impotent long enough! Satan has stolen the quality of life God intends for all His saints as much as he can. Establish this principle clearly in your mind, God wants you to be prosperous to enable you advance His Kingdom, while the devil wants you to be poor to hinder God's purposes from coming to pass through you.
And yes, there is something worse than being poor, it is having a poverty mentality. It is important to understand that poverty happens inside a person before it ever occurs around that person. Poverty first manifests in the spirit and then the natural. Likewise, prosperity is a mental attitude before it can become a material state, but it can only be attained through a spiritual battle and transformation of the mindset. Being poor is not being without money, it is being without a dream that will take you out of poverty. It is time to take a stand. You are destined for more and not destined to be poor. Selah!
PRAYER:
Heavenly Father, by your grace and mercy, help us to live above fears and limitations. Help us understand your plans for us and lead us in your love, wisdom and knowledge. Help us to break free from our shallow mindsets and embrace your abundant prosperity and blessings bestowed upon us through your Son Jesus, and in His Name, we pray, Amen!

SCARCITY MINDSET
BIBLE READING: 1 PETER 1:13-15
And when it was evening, his disciples came to him, saying, This is a desert place, and the time is now past; send the multitude away, that they may go into the villages, and buy themselves victuals. But Jesus said unto them, They need not depart; give ye them to eat. And they say unto him, We have here but five loaves, and two fishes. He said, Bring them hither to me. And he commanded the multitude to sit down on the grass, and took the five loaves, and the two fishes, and looking up to heaven, he blessed, and brake, and gave the loaves to his disciples, and the disciples to the multitude. And they did all eat, and were filled: and they took up of the fragments that remained twelve baskets full. (Matt.13:15-2
In Matthew 14:13-21, the story of Jesus feeding the five thousand is told. In this story, the disciples viewed life through the lens of scarcity: “We only have five loaves and two fishes”. The mind is everything, what you think, you become”.
A scarcity mindset is holding many people back from leaving financial bondage. Scarcity mentality refers to people seeing life as one finite pie, so that if one person takes a big piece, that leaves less for everyone else. Most christians, have conditioned themselves to have a scarcity mentality. A scarcity mentality is what keeps many of us from achieving our goals. Abundance refers to the paradigm that there is plenty out there for everybody, because our God is a God of abundance.
Guess what, mega-successful companies and individuals practice an abundance mindset. If you want to get to the truth about what makes us different, it is our mindset. To prosper financially, you need to make the shift from a scarcity mindset to an abundance mindset. Focus on what you" HAVE" ( A God who made all things and made them in abundance). We have been made in the image and likeness of God so we ought to think and function like God. When God made the earth, he made air in abundance, water in abundance and everything we need to survive on earth, in abundance. And He created them all from the abundance on His inside, even though He started out with nothing. (Ps.104:24-28).
So if it looks like you have nothing right now, look on your inside. You carry abundance in you just like your Heavenly Father. Let that mind be in you, then speak into manifestation that abundance that you have envisioned. If you have just been laid off, instead of thinking of how horrible it is, know that your Heavenly Father owns all jobs and speak yourself into a better position or better still, become an employer of labour.
Surround yourself with abundance-minded people. You know those people that always seem positive, who always give and they see the glass as half-full instead of half-empty? Find them and start spending time with them. Attitudes rub off and if you are surrounded by a bunch of scarcity minded individuals during the work day you will need to counteract that if you want to be able to go from "Grass To Grace". The quality of a person’s life is most often a direct reflection of the expectations of their peer group. Ask yourself if you look up to the people that you surround yourself with – if not, you may need to search for other people that are living the life you aspire to. Make an effort to create a win-win situation.
PRAYER:
Lord I receive Grace to renew my mind daily and I will never limit my mind's possibilities in Jesus name.
