The Namibia University of Science and Technology (NUST), in collaboration with the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and funded by the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ), is offering fully funded PhD scholarships in Computer Science for the 2025 academic year. https://fci.nust.na/
Scholarship Benefits:
Tuition Coverage: Full tuition fees as specified in the award letter.
Monthly Stipend: €600 for in-country students; €700 for in-region students.
Study and Research Allowance: €920 per year.
Thesis Publication Costs: A one-time allowance of €800.
Travel Allowance: Round-trip airfare for in-region students.
Health Insurance: Provided for in-region students.
Eligibility Criteria:
Academic Qualifications: Applicants must hold a Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, with at least a Second Class/Upper Division or equivalent.
Nationality: Open to nationals or permanent residents of Sub-Saharan African countries.
Professional Background: Candidates should be university staff members, prospective teaching or research staff, or professionals from the public sector.
