Program Structure:

Duration: Three years, comprising three rotations of six months each, followed by an 18-month role within the participant's home operating company.

Rotations:

First Rotation: Conducted in the participant's home country, providing foundational knowledge in their chosen function and insight into HEINEKEN's operations, strategy, and culture.
Second Rotation: A cross-functional assignment within the home country, offering a broader perspective on different business areas and their interconnections.
Third Rotation: An international assignment to enhance global mindset and cultural adaptability.
Landing Role: Post-rotations, participants transition into a management position within their home country, continuing their growth and development.

Participants can choose to specialize in one of the following areas:

Supply Chain
Digital & Technology
Commerce
Finance
Procurement
People (Human Resources)

Eligibility Criteria:

Education: A Bachelor's degree is required.
Work Experience: No specific previous work experience is required; however, the program targets recent graduates with a maximum of one year post-graduation.
Language Proficiency: Proficiency in English is essential, along with any local language requirements.
Work Authorization: Applicants must have the right to work in the country of application.
Mobility: Willingness to be globally mobile is essential for the international rotation.
