While demand is present and with new development amenities and design features, leasing these #developed sites becomes much easier. However, it is important to remember that even with newer, evolutionary #industrial parks, an eye must be kept on vacancy. It is impractical to try to meet every changing tenant requirement and keep costs from skyrocketing.
