1. Fundraising Objective

2. Funding Goal

Set a realistic funding goal that accurately reflects the funds needed to achieve your project.

The "All or Nothing" model means you must reach 100% of your funding goal to receive any funds. If the goal is not met, all contributions will be refunded to donors.

3. Campaign Duration

Choose an appropriate campaign duration, keeping in mind that campaigns can't be extended once launched. Ensure your campaign duration aligns with your project's timeline and fundraising needs.

4. YuSocial Fees

YuSocial charges a platform fee for using our services. Please refer to our fee schedule for details. Fundraisers are responsible for covering YuSocial's fees.

5. Prohibited Actions

Bank Account Details: Fundraisers are strictly prohibited from including bank account details or requesting direct donations outside of the YuSocial platform.

Misleading Information: Do not provide false or misleading information about your project or intentions.

Illegal Activities: Your campaign must not support or promote illegal activities or engage in any form of discrimination, hate speech, or harm to others.

6. Transparent Communication

Maintain open and transparent communication with your backers throughout the campaign. Provide regular updates on your progress and any changes to your project.

7. Fulfillment Obligation
If your campaign is successful and you receive funds, you are obligated to fulfill your project as described to your backers. Be prepared to fulfill rewards or commitments within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Refunds and Disputes

YuSocial may refund contributions to backers in the event of campaign misconduct, project non-fulfillment, or other violations of our terms. Disputes will be handled according to YuSocial's dispute resolution process.

9. Respect for Privacy

Protect the privacy of your backers. Do not share their personal information or use it for purposes unrelated to your campaign.

10. Compliance with Laws

Fundraisers must comply with all applicable laws, including tax regulations and reporting requirements. Failure to adhere to these terms may result in the suspension or removal of your campaign from YuSocial.
