My kindly words to all skilled or artisan workers

Never look down on your self as a skilled worker or artisan
It gets me angry when people call skilled workers or artisan works a dirty job perhaps these men earns more than so many white collar job workers and still have there time to themselves

My advice to all skilled workers

Yes you are a skilled worker or an artisan but you can brand it to run as a company

Never be found dirty before or after work

Get basic education to help your communication skill

Package your self so well that executives will always seek for your services

Never believe that a white collar job worker is more unique than you: white collar workers needs you, the same way you need them

Be skillful: Do you see a man who excels in his work?
He will stand before kings;
He will not stand before unknown men.
Proverbs 22:29

Have a good character and trust based.

Have a good colleague's in that field ,etc.
