*SEVEN DANGEROUS PEOPLE IN AN ORGANISATION YOU NEED TO KNOW AND HANDLE THEM WITH WISDOM AND KNOWLEDGE

As a Leader, beware that at one stage or the other in your church, business or association, you will find yourself dealing with the following groups of people. If you don't have wisdom to deal with them, your position and efforts are in danger.

1. *THOMAS GROUP* -They walk with you but they don't really believe in you. Though God can use you in front of them, they are not easily moved they take time to believe in you. These people can delay your vision and they are also not aware they are also delaying themselves. It's a struggle and a burden to lead people who don't believe in you.

2. *JUDAS GROUP*- They walk with you but they have issues with you when God begins to bless you. They are not happy when things of great value are given to you. In short they are jealous of your success. When elevation comes they will say we are poor in the work place but the Boss is driving a BMW 5 series but we have people that are struggling financially in this workplace. They want you to drive a probox which will make them happy. They have serious issues if your life becomes better and better. They talk as if you don't care about the poor. Hear these Leaders, anyone who is jealous about your prosperity in your workplace tomorrow he will betray you.

3. *ABSALOM GROUP*- You give them opportunity to teach or lead and he begins to see himself as the Leader of the place, he believes he can teach and lead better than you. When he leads, he leads to prove a point that he is better than you, he won't even mention you in his conversation. He works behind you to steal the hearts of people so that people will follow him. He will make people to feel they are neglected in your position. He will tell people he is there for them to help them anytime they need help. This one he is in competition with you, he believes he can be a better Leader than you. Tomorrow trust me he will split your followers.

4. *KORAH GROUP*- This one will challenge your authority, he believes you are at the same level with everyone and he has issues when others give honor to you. He will say you are honoring this man too much. He has issues when you give instructions, he is rebellious and dangerous because he sees you as someone who is at the same level with him. He believes everyone is professional and everyone is educated so what is so special about you.

5. *HAM GROUP*- This one he will expose your nakedness, the day you find yourself in a shameful act, He will tell everybody your weaknesses and he will be happy to expose your disaster.

6. *GEHAZI GROUP*-He is with you but he will be collecting money from behind your back. He takes advantage that he is close to the Leader and use that to collect things from people. He borrows money from people and he does not pay them back. He goes to people to ask for financial assistance and make people feel you are not taking good care of him as he serves in the house.

7. *DEOTREPHES GROUP*- This one is too dangerous, he is famous in the workplace/group/association, he has power and influence and has a voice amongst the people. He speaks malicious words behind your back. He is poisonous, he can come with stories that can totally destroy your image as a Leader. He can come up with serious lies that cause people to leave your group. He will come with stories that you are using their money, you are sleeping with women and using charms to sustain your position. His stories are very harmful and dangerous.

Therefore I pray that God will give you wisdom to deal with all these, because, no Leader can rise to higher level of his calling until all these have been dealt with in his environment.

*BOUGHT WITH A PRICE*

*BIBLE READING: ZECHARIAH 11:12; MATTHEW 26:14-15*

*"From now on let no man trouble me, for I bear in my body the marks of the Lord Jesus." Galatians 6:17 (NKJV).*

The Lord God Almighty is the Sovereign over all creation, a truth which is indisputable; the Scriptures clearly testify to this for He is first introduced in the Bible as the Creator (Genesis 1:1). It took God six days to create the entire universe with mankind capping up His Divine Masterpiece on the sixth day; however, Adam committed the sin of high treason and sold out his lease to the devil.This precipitated the Redemption Story whereby God bought us back with the Ultimate Price after striking a deal with satan over the souls of men (John 18:8). We were bought with the Price that no being could ever pay.

Oscar Wilde, the famous nineteenth century Irish playwright, once said that a cynic is someone "who knows the price of everything but the value of nothing." Only God Almighty knows the true value of everything, hence, He paid the Highest Price ever by sending His Son Jesus Christ to die on the Cross for our sakes. The word "price" actually means "perceived value." In other words, the price tag I put on a commodity is a reflection of my perception of that commodity. The Scripture declares, "For God so loved the world that He gave His only Begotten Son" (John 3:16a). This shows clearly the value of our souls to Him, prompting Him to lay down His Life and purchase us with His Own Blood (Acts 20:28b).

The Lord entered into the slave market where unregenerate mankind was the commodity in the showcase of that slave master called Satan; our Saviour then made him an offer he could never refuse. The opportunity to have Jesus chained in hell suffering everlasting torment for thwarting the devil's schemes at every turn seemed too good an offer to resist. However, even though Satan walks "to and fro on the earth" (Job 1:7); "the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth" (2Chronicles 16:9). Therefore, God will forever be light years ahead of the devil. In one fell swoop during the Passion Week, the greatest business transaction of all ages was sealed by the Life of the Messiah, the Actual Price He paid to redeem us since the life of the animal is in its blood (Leviticus 17:11).

Dearly beloved, having this understanding will help us see how much value the Lord places upon us. He bought us fair and square with a Price; consequently, He became worthy to take the Scroll and open the seals for He was slain (Revelation 5:9). In honour of this Ultimate Sacrifice, we must refuse to live for ourselves and our own agenda; we must rise up and embrace His Own Agenda for we do not own ourselves. We were bought with a Price, thus, we bear in our bodies the Marks or Identification Brand of our Lord Jesus Christ. Hallelujah! For this wonderful privilege of being bound with the Lord that we might be free indeed.

*PRAYER
Heavenly Father, I exalt You for You alone are Worthy of my exaltation. Thank You for paying the Price for me and saving me from an eternity of unspeakable torment. I vow to live for You and Your Purpose because my life belongs to You. Thank You for this great privilege in Jesus' Mighty Name.

"WHY ME LORD?"

Why me Lord? What have I done to deserve even one of the pleasures I have known? Tell me Lord, what did I ever do that was worth loving you, or the kindness you have shown? Lord help me Jesus, I've wasted it so. Help me Jesus I know what I am. Now that I know that I've need you so. Help me Jesus, my soul is in your hand. Tell me Lord, if you think there's a way I can try to repay all I've taken from you. Maybe Lord I can show someone else what I've been through myself on way back to you. Lord help me Jesus I've wasted it so. Help me Jesus I know what I am. Now that I know that I've need you so. Help me Jesus, my soul's in your hand. This is a beautiful song that shows we are sinners in need of the Savior and that He loves us in our sins and all. There is no way to repay Him. What have we done to deserve His love? We must acknowledge Him as the Savior. His love for us is unfailing and eternal. He hates the sin, but loves the sinner. We know there is no need to ask that question anymore. He died for us, in our place. He took our sins upon Himself and became sin for us. 2Corinthians 5:21; "For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him." He protects us and keeps us safe from all harm. We can never repay Him for what He has done for us. We can imitate His love and show His love to others. Which is what He wants us to do. There is no better way to show love than to help those who are hurting. Jesus said, "Love one another." John 13:34; "A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another." He works through you and with you. He loves you so much, that while He was dying on the Cross, He cried, "Father forgive them." He was still forgiving and loving you while suffering.
Luke 23:34; "Then said Jesus, Father forgive them; for they know not what they do." Apostle Paul was a murderer who was converted and allowed God to work through him. Plant a seed of love in another person's heart and greet them with a smile. If you are willing to be used by the Lord, His love for you will increase; the more you show love to others, your love for Him will increase. Spread His love around the world and love will reign supreme as God always intended for the world to be before sinned entered the world. Spread the love of God to everyone you encounter.

*GODLY STANDARD*

*TEXT 1 CORINTHIANS 3:5-15.

_*🔑KEY VERSE* "For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ" ( 1 CORINTHIANS 3:11)._

Incidences of building collapse in some societies have been blamed on the unwillingness of building contractors to adhere to standards. In some of the cases, it was observed that the builders violated principles of solid structures as they continued to raise the buildings to a point where the foundation could no longer cope. As building according to standards is vital in the physical, so it is in the spiritual.

God has standards and honours those who abide by it. When prophet Elijah proved God's supremacy over Baal on mount Carmel, he evidently showed that these sure foundation which had been laid for the true worship of God, should not be corrupted.

Elijah also proved that there was a foundation that must be built upon for success to be achieved in the ministry. For God to send the fire of acceptance upon His sacrifice, the prophet had to follow the standard. In the same manner, believers and ministers of the gospel must build on the foundation laid by Christ. To do so, we must first of all identify with Him. Then we must build according to pattern.

We can only do exploits through the name of Jesus; anything to the contrary would amount to working at variance with the Master-builder. In building, we must endeavour to choose "durable" stones of gold, silver and precious stones, instead of hay and stubble. Those who build contrary to the foundation laid by Christ will suffer loss.

*✍THOUGHT FOR THE DAY* Do not build collapsible spiritual structures.

*BIBLE IN ONE YEAR* 1 KINGS 5-7.

*MEDITATION*

Not all christian labours will be rewarded by God

*1. The labourer as an husbandry* vv5-9.
a. He is expected to till the ground, plant, cultivate, harvest and make definite profits. Anything different is of less or no importance.
b. The ground is the heart of men. The seed is the word of God (Luke 8:11).
c. The profitable fruits/harvests are salvation of souls, perfecting of saints and preparing saints for heaven, John 15:16, Galatians 5:22,23.
d. God is the Senior partner because He does what no man can do whereas others can replace you (or any minister if you are not faithful) v7.
*Think* Where do your labour fit in the husbandry service of the Lord? What type of eternal fruits is your ministry producing?
*2. The labourer as a builder* vv10-12.
a. The building is the mystic church of God v9, Ephesians 2:20-23.
b. The foundation is Christ Himself, while the Apostles are Master builders vv10,11.
c. Jesus and the main purpose of redemption from sins are the central pillars on which rewardable labour must be built. Any ministry for which this is not central is defective v10.
*Q* Is your ministry and labour "Christ centric", " "redemption centric," "heaven centric", "earth centric", "self centric", ego centric, "money centric" etc?
*3. The labour that will be rewarded*
a. There will be reward that is commensurate with the labour v8.
b. The labour that passes the fire test vv12-15.
*Is the motive right? I Corinthians 13:2,3.
*Is it done out of love for God or just to receive human praise and recognition? I Corinthians 13:2,3.
*Does the fruit abide till eternity? For example, do the souls won make heaven? 2 John 8.
*Is the word preached pure truth or diluted? Galatians 2:2.
*Was it done willingly? I Corinthians 9:17
c. All true saints will make heaven but those whose labour does not survive fire will still be in heaven except that their reward will not be full or there will be no reward at all vv14,15.
*Lord*, search out my labour, convict and deliver me from labours that will not pass fire test🙏
*Lord*, purge my heart and let my service be Christ and heaven centred🙏
*Lord*, I ask for fruitfulness in your service. Let me not be satisfied with anything less🙏
*Pray,* for our preachers and men of God that will not be distracted from emphasis on Christ and redemption from sin. God should deliver those that are distracted already🙏
