Have you ever made a choice, only to wonder later if it was truly your decision—or if you were subtly influenced?
From the content we consume to the ads we see, from the conversations we have to the way choices are presented to us, our minds are constantly being nudged in certain directions.

- Social norms shape what we consider acceptable.
- Marketing strategies create desires we never had before.
So, the big question is: Are our decisions really our own, or are we just responding to invisible forces?
I’d love to hear your thoughts. Have you ever realized that something influenced a major decision you made?
If so, what was it?
