Neighbours to Senator Orji Uzor Kalu, who was released from Kuje Correctional Centre after five months incarceration, have lamented that many politicians are violating the social distancing rules, wearing of face masks and the lockdown order of government to visit and rejoice with the former Abia State Governor at his Asokoro residence.
The complaints came as politicians in several vehicles were seen driving in and out of the walled premises of the senator as well-wishers visited to rejoice with him following the Supreme Court nullification of the lower court’s judgment that convicted and sentenced Kalu to 12 years imprisonment.
