Governor David Nweze Umahi hands N2.6bn to 3,480 youths in Ebonyi State as startup capital, with each beneficiary getting at least N300,000 , or more for personal businesses.

Umahi also opined unequivocally that Ebonyi is 100% #apc and that from top to bottom, they will deliver APC from presidential candidate Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the ward and polling unit level.
