Enugu 2023: Why Bart Nnaji Remains The Best Man For The Job

As the contest for the successor of Rt. Hon. Ifeanyi Lawrence Ugwuanyi, the Executive Governor of Enugu State becomes more intense, accomplished technocrat and former Minister for Power, Prof. Bart Nnaji has remained the talk of the town amongst the citizens of the state who say that his candidacy represents a new down for the state and South East in general.
From every corner of the street, it has always been “Prof. Bart Nnaji”.

Since Prof. Nnaji joined the governorship race, he has clearly identified job creation through massive industrialization as his main focus which he insists will address the multifaceted challenge of improved welfare, and reduce crime in our society.

This singular position shows that Prof. Bart Nnaji is fully abreast with what Enugu State and South East needs. It also means a shift from the regular politicians who often promise so much and end up doing nothing or at worst end up blaming the people for being the reason why they loot their patrimony. This has made voter mobilization a more seamless exercise and obviously to the victory of any party he flies their flag.

On the other hand, the general acceptability of his candidacy and unshaken trust people have in him as a person whose promise can be taken to the bank and it will be honored is a pointer that when voted into power, he will consolidate on the gains of the success of Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi to take Enugu State to the next level.
