Topic: Obedience to God: The Key to Advancement

Charge: Blessings come upon you when you obey. When blessings seem lacking, be sure to check for disobedience. The foundation of every human problem is disobedience. The foundation of every increase and prosperity is obedience. Obedience is better than sacrifice.
The secret to God's answers is instructions. Sacrifice is powerful, but the Bible says obedience is better than sacrifice. The turning point in your life will come when you decide to live a life of obedience to God.
If you don’t put what you hear into practice, nothing you do will benefit you (James 1 vs. 22). God is a doing God, and we, as His children, must be doers. What you know will never profit you unless you act upon it.
God is calling us to the place of obedience. If Christianity had a master key, it would be obedience.
HOW TO OBEY GOD
1. By submitting to the Lordship of His Word (John 1 vs. 1): Anything God asks you to do, do it.
